Job Description

1. _Project Coordination:_
- Coordinate and implement food-related projects, events, and initiatives, including menu planning, food preparation, and logistics.
- Work with chefs, caterers, and other food vendors to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
2. _Event Planning:_
- Plan and coordinate food-related events, including weddings, conferences, and parties.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
3. _Menu Planning and Development:_
- Assist in the development of menus for events, cafes, and restaurants.
- Conduct menu planning and costing to ensure profitability and quality.
- Collaborate with chefs and other food professionals to create innovative and delicious menus.
4. _Food Safety and Quality Control:_
- Ensure that all food-related projects and events meet high standards of food safety and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the food services team to develop and implement quality control procedures.
5. _Administrative Support:_
- Provide administrative support to the food services team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of food-related projects and events.
6. _Communication and Customer Service:_
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Salary:
₱15,000.00 Monthly
