Job Description
• Input and update data into systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data for errors and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Organize and file documents and records as required.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data safety.
• Communicate with other departments to clarify data discrepancies or errors.
• Assist with creating reports and other data-related tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company data management policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS in Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering, or related course
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent typing skills and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other data management software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations.
