Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
-Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude in interactions
-Process transactions efficiently and follow company policies
-Work on-site at the designated Teleperformance location
Qualifications:
-Must be willing to work on-site
-No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 days
-Good communication skills
-Computer literacy and basic navigation skills
-Willing to work shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
-Can start ASAP
