Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manages project delivery while ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships while addressing customer needs, leveraging hands-on sales experience to provide exceptional customer service.
- Expands sales opportunities by utilizing existing customer networks and identifying potential new clients.
- Serves as the primary point of contact, addressing individual customer requirements and concerns.
- Engages with clients to understand their needs, communicate ideas, and develop strategic solutions.
- Presents creative concepts to clients and oversees all project phases, from pre-production to post-production.
- Works closely with internal teams to align project goals with client expectations.
- Ensures the production team stays on schedule, meets deadlines, and remains within budget constraints.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Media Communications, Advertising, or a related field is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts and sales.
- Previous experience in a video production company or agency specializing in video executions or events is a plus.
- Strong skills in presentation and reporting.
