Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and enterprise finance processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and process design tools
Strong business acumen and a good understanding of enterprise performance management processes
Work creatively and analytically to solve complex problems
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, with strong organizational and analytical skills
Thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments; client experience is a plus
Adapt well in multicultural and dynamic consulting environments
Identify new opportunities within and outside the organization, contributing to business development initiatives

Your Experience Counts
Background in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis
Experience with planning tool implementations, especially in Anaplan or similar platforms (process design and deployment)
Exposure to Digital Finance, Enterprise Planning, Budgeting, KPI identification, and financial reporting
Knowledge of AI/ML or data science applications in FP&A processes
Hands-on experience in Finance Transformation projects, across all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy
Familiarity with implementing enabling technologies, tools, and software applications
Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation experiences in planning tool deployments
