Job Description

Job Summary:

Medical Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. This often involves corresponding with customers via telephone, email, or other means to take orders, solicit opinions, provide information about new products and services, keep records, or complete progress reports.

Job Responsibilities:

- Services existing accounts obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjust the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Selling, delivering the products, and monitoring of ARs including collections.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Perform other services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year experience in field sales or equivalent, preferably from the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
