Job Description
The Finance Transformation Manager - SAP FICO is a strategic role responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives that leverage SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) to optimize financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities. As a key member of the finance transformation team, you will manage and oversee SAP FICO implementations, system integrations, process improvements, and change management activities. You will work closely with finance, IT, and business leaders to align SAP FICO solutions with the organization’s goals and drive value from finance automation, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration Expertise:
Utilize extensive knowledge across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other ERP solutions to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
Lead and actively participate in system integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration between various modules.
Project Leadership:
Lead project delivery for Finance module, overseeing application design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
Play an active role in the integration of finance module with other relevant modules during design and implementation phases.
Client Engagement:
Engage and lead client conversations, conducting workshops, and presenting to client stakeholders during management reviews and steering committees.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, practices, and maturity related to ERP implementation.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations in ERP processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables within the constraints of time and budget.
Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journeys, providing expertise in assessing project requirements and identifying optimal solutions for clients.
