Job Description
1.1. Developing connections and contacts with installers and other potential clients
1.2. Conducting meetings and sales presentations with potential clients
1.3. Collaborating with social media consultant to prepare marketing images and posts for social media
1.4. Creating email marketing campaigns to send to potential and existing clients
2. Products for wholesale sales activities include but are not limited to:
2.1. Solar Panels
2.2. Wires, Cables and accessories
2.3. Solar Panel mounting systems
2.4. Inverters
2.5. Battery storage systems
2.6. DC Solar Home Systems
2.7. Electric Vehicle Chargers 7.5kw-240kw
2.8. Other electrical accessories
3. Supervising Wholesale team members including:
3.1. Accounting staff to create invoices and receipts
3.2. Warehouse assistants to prepare and deliver orders
4. Creating proposals and quotations using templates in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Being the focal person for after sales support or questions where necessary. After sales activities can then be delegated to other team members as and where appropriate.
6. Providing brief activity updates to the internal staff on the status of orders and sales activities from time to time.
7. Working days of Monday – Saturday.
7.1. Monday – Saturday to conduct appointments and report to the Makati office where needed
It will be prohibited to conduct private projects outside of GO GRIDLESS PHILIPPINES CORP.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· Experience in sales and business development is essential
· Experience in the solar industry is highly desirable, but not essential
· Reliable and responsible – must be on time/schedule, well presented and organized
· Experience on various sizes of sales values
· Ability to oversee and delegate tasks to accounting staff as well as warehouse assistant staff to pack and prepare sales orders
· Experience in interacting with the end client to discuss their requirements, and answer questions the client may have
· Speaks English and Tagalog
· Fluent in English writing
· Has car driver licence
· Ability to travel outside of Metro Manila if ever needed
· Ability to use computer software – Microsoft Office, Online Meeting (Google, Zoom and Teams)
