Job Description
We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants to lead and deliver innovative Human Capital Management solutions. Responsibilities:
Participate in global/regional workshops and kick-off activities for projects.
Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and design tailored solutions.
Lead technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including design, configuration, and customization.
Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Perform analysis, localization, and support project demands.
Provide mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Drive the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable implementations.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Functional Role:
4-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.
Expertise in recruitment, configuration support, business analysis, and systems integration.
Proficient in Oracle Core HR modules and HCM Cloud skills (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, etc.).
Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and deployment activities.
Client-facing experience in diverse industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.
Technical Role:
2 to 7+ years of relevant IT or Operations experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor.
Proficient in HCM Data Conversion, ETL, Oracle Cloud Integration, and Reporting tools such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI, OBIEE, and ODI.
Technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
Proven ability to manage teams or lead technical projects.
Experience with other SaaS HCM products is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
Oracle Cloud Certification is a significant advantage.
PPSM Certifications.
Strong project management skills and experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
