Salary: PHP 130,000 - 300,000
Location: BGC (Hybrid)

Job Requirements:
Senior Engineering Manager
-- Experience in designing critical, highly available enterprise applications
-- Hands-on experience with performance testing framework design, tuning Java applications
-- Experience in leading relational and NoSQL databases
-- Proficient with enterprise toolsets such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, BMC, Prometheus, etc.
-- Experience with Splunk and/or ELK
-- Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban, iterations, user stories)
-- Full understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles, execution patterns, and performance optimization
-- Hands-on engineer with expertise in developing sophisticated, large-scale enterprise applications/tools
- Salary:
