Job Description

Position: Medical Provider Support Officer
Salary Offer:PHP 21,272.68 (PHP 818.18 per day)
Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)

Available Locations:
1. Applicants preferably residing in Cabuyao, Sta. Rosa, Biñan, San Pedro, or Muntinlupa
2. Applicants preferably residing in Lipa, Batangas

Application Process:
- Paper screening and over-the-phone interview first

Qualifications:
- Male, preferably with own motorcycle
- With a pleasing personality (height is an advantage)
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course
- HMO, hospital, or clinic work experience is a plus
- Marketing experience is preferred
- Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement new technologies and digital solutions for all providers.
2. Provide training and support on digital platforms to provider staff.
3. Resolve integration issues to ensure system performance and reliability.
4. Generate reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives.
5. Maintain and organize the healthcare provider database.
6. Establish and maintain rapport with providers through regular visits.
7. Manage provider suspensions.
8. Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers.
9. Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges of healthcare members through face-to-face visits.
10. Oversee the accreditation of new providers, including hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, and doctors.
11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Salary:
₱21,272.00 Monthly
