Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Utilize Airtable to organize, track, and manage projects, tasks, and data efficiently.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
• Manage and optimize workflows in Airtable to enhance team productivity.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Airtable with the ability to create and manage complex workflows, databases, and automations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
