Job Description

The Sales Controller and Handover shall ensure all sales transactions are approved with all the documents and KYC procedure . Responsible for the completion of turnover and acceptance of units and providing excellent turnover experience to the clients and investors. This position requires coordination, assistance, and validation of documents. It manages the turnover process starting from the opening of account until closing of account. It also manages the documents timely, accurate and efficient preparation.

Salary:: ₱18,000.00 Monthly
