Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Coordinator to help with daily tasks, improve team workflows, and keep operations running smoothly. This role is essential to supporting the team and contributing to the company’s success.

Responsibilities
• Support the Business Cluster, Client Engagement, and Contracts Management teams with administrative tasks.
• Manage contracts, project documents, and client communications.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and client interactions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Handle office tasks like correspondence, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are on track.
• Keep sensitive business information confidential.
• Suggest and assist in improving team processes and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in architecture, technology, or similar industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools.
• A self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Salary:
