Maintenance Personnel (Multi Skilled Technician)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Personnel (Multi-Skilled) to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and upkeep services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities
Respond promptly to service requests and address issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as required
Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify and implement improvements
Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established protocols and procedures
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

Strong technical skills and experience in building maintenance, with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to building maintenance
Knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
