Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor for SM San Pablo

As a Store Manager, you will lead daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include:

Reporting: Accurately prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Daily Sales, Financial Reports, and PNL updates.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment while consistently achieving daily sales targets.
Staff Management: Train, mentor, and motivate employees to maximize productivity, foster teamwork, and maintain high performance standards.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver excellent service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize stock levels, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to minimize waste and improve inventory control.
