Work setup: Onsite in BGC, Taguig
Shift Schedule: Shifting schedules

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any program
3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO financial/BFSI account handling agents doing voice or inbound calls)
Strong communication skills
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
Able to start ASAP
