Branding Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand and Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and effectively communicate the brand’s story across various platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.).
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
