Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a sales-driven Account Manager to build long-term client relationships and drive sales growth. This role involves managing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the digital and printing industry. Experience in sales within the printing market and a strong supplier network for printers, inks, or substrates is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
>Serve as the primary contact for clients inquiries and account management.
>Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
>Provide customized solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
>Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
>Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for strategic planning.

Qualifications:
>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
