Job Description
• With at least two (2) years work experience in a Tuna manufacturing plant
• Knowledgeable in food science and technology principles, sensory evaluation techniques and documentations
• Knowledgeable in food safety requirements, HACCP, GMP, SSOP
• Responsible for the design, development and formulation of new products; enhancement and improvement of existing products
• Prepares necessary documents, technical reports and presentation of various R&D activities to immediate superior/management
