Job Description
Job Title: SAP ISU Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in SAP ISU implementation projects, including greenfield and change request projects, across all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, blueprinting, realization, data mapping & conversion, integration, testing, go-live).
Work with the SAP ISU master data model and business processes.
Support SAP solution frameworks and process landscapes, define integration touchpoints, and ensure compatibility with other peripheral solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, conduct functional design, prototyping, process design, and testing.
Design and deliver end-to-end business solutions, focusing on integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Support data migration, training sessions, and go-live activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders across various utilities domains (Electricity, Gas, Water) to optimize processes and deliver solutions.

Required Experience & Skills:
4-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU projects, including end-to-end implementations and change request projects.
Experience in regulated and de-regulated global utilities markets, supporting solution landscapes and integration frameworks.
Proficiency in business process design, functional requirements gathering, prototyping, and testing.
A good understanding of SAP ISU integration with peripheral systems, such as portals, UI interfaces, upstream, and downstream functionalities.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to adapt to complex business landscapes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
Basic SAP ABAP knowledge and debugging skills are a plus but not mandatory.
