Job Description
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives and assist business owners in enhancing existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment.
- Design and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training sessions, coaching employees on business excellence principles.
- Support the development, implementation, and analysis of standardized processes across the organization.
- Assist in creating and reviewing formal management reviews of Key Performance/Operating results, while training and coaching all functional areas on performance measurement principles.
- Provide support and insights for weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analyses.
- Integrate strategic quality initiatives into operational guidelines and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Support the development of tools and assets, such as tracking systems for operational excellence success stories and lessons learned from real-world delivery experiences.
- Communicate relevant quality insights and business opportunities to key stakeholders and management teams.

Job Qualifications
- Open to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Business Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement within Finance and Accounting.
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
- Focus on internal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills rather than direct client interactions.
- Strong understanding and application of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience leading internal projects, such as Value Stream Mapping initiatives, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or formal Six Sigma training is required.
