Job Description

The Digital Finance SAP Platform Transformation Analyst is responsible for supporting the transformation of finance operations through the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing digital finance solutions, and driving the successful deployment of SAP platforms to improve financial processes and enhance business performance. The analyst will work closely with finance teams, IT, and other business units to ensure the seamless integration of SAP with the company’s financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities include:
Participate in project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external
Participate with a team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines
Participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
Effectively co-ordinate with client organizations and work towards maintaining & enhancing effective client relationships
Participate in the ERP application design aspects and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients
Identify opportunities using/building own network within and outside firm to drive business development activities
Prepare response to RFP and drive client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities
Prepare business case, Solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements and execution approach for the ERP opportunities and use them as part of proposal to the client appropriately
Work Independently on business development and project delivery from onshore/offshore as needed

Qualifications:
Preferably candidates from Consulting firms or Companies involved in setting up of Captive Shared Services
SAP FICO or Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS (e-business suite) design and implementation
Finance business process knowledge related to Organization Structure, Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc.
Understanding of SAP/ other ERP reporting capabilities in BI/BO, BW, SAC, etc.
Understanding of SAP and Allied Systems’ Reporting and Customization capabilities
Understanding of Fiori and Dashboard development capabilities in SAP Core ERP and Allied Systems
Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system Integration projects, namely, SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules / applications
Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to be able to deliver projects on design and implementation
Process Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services, Delivery Operations
