Supply and Demand Planner

The Supply and Demand Planner will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring the smooth flow of products across the supply chain. She/ He will analyze market trends and historical data to accurately forecast demand, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align supply strategies and address any disruptions that may arise. The role will involve leveraging data to make informed decisions, streamline operations, and support the overall efficiency of our supply chain.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or demand planning, ideally in the food service or retail industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand and interpret trends.
4. Proficiency in supply chain management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
6. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions for supply chain issues.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory levels.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
9. Understanding of the food industry’s challenges, including perishability and regulatory compliance.
10. Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to focus on continuous improvement.
11. Willing to be assigned in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
