Job Description

Services / Skills
Planning and Origination
Support annual planning to outline sales targets, identify target clients, and enhance sales assets.
Conduct ongoing research to identify potential companies to target over the next 6-12 months.
Lead sales and pipeline reviews with leadership stakeholders.
Prepare and support initial discussions with prospective clients.
Proposals / Orals
Define proposal response requirements and develop effective sales messaging approaches.
Integrate relevant and cutting-edge insights into proposals (e.g., market trends, competitive benchmarking, and industry intelligence).
Shape solutions (approach, team composition, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to meet specific deal requirements.
Prepare and help lead oral presentations, showcasing innovative sales strategies to differentiate the client’s offerings.
Content Management / Continuous Improvement
Develop and refine go-to-market approaches and sales assets.
Maintain a centralized repository of sales assets (e.g., proposals, stage 0 decks, client credentials, etc.).
Conduct reviews (client losses, delivery outcomes) to gather insights for improvement and deliverable enhancement.
Continuously stay current through client interactions, research, training sessions, and feedback loops.

Role Details / Requirements
This team was integrated into the GN to accelerate Sales & Commercial growth.
The role is structured as a full-time position with the possibility of a 1-to-3-year rotational pathway.
Topic Advisory follows a non-linear progression model, with flexibility to grow or remain at a designated level.
Teams are led by senior professionals, with supportive roles across various levels, structured similarly to project-based work.
A recoverability target (80%) replaces the traditional chargeability target.
Candidates should have client-facing experience within a specific functional or industry domain.
The team collaborates on deals globally, focusing on market relevance where applicable.
