Job Details
Role: IT Manager
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (RTO)
Schedule: Shifting, supporting US Business Hours
General Responsibilities
Data Management: Consolidate and analyze service-specific data to drive operational improvements.
SLA Compliance: Actively ensure adherence to SLA plans, service continuity, and capacity management.
Service Level Management: Oversee quality service delivery and reporting.
Information Security: Enforce compliance with security protocols and policies.
Asset Management: Monitor and manage IT assets per the IT asset management policy.
Audit Participation: Support audits and assessments to maintain smooth IT operations.
Customer Support: Ensure efficient IT service support to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in IT networking and systems.
Management Expertise: Proven experience leading technical teams as a People Manager.
Certifications:
Cisco Certified (CCNA or CCNP) preferred.
Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco devices (routers, firewalls – FTD or CP, and switches).
Technical Expertise:
Strong track record in network administration and systems/database management.
Project Management: Ability to define and oversee timelines for IT projects, focusing on software and system enhancement opportunities.
Flexibility: Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with US business hours.
