Profile 1 -Graduate of any Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or any related field (Physical Therapy, Rad Tech, Pharmacy, Psychology, Medical Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics, etc.) Non license except Nursing Grads
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year experience in Direct Patient Care; such as in Long-Term Care, Home And Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred. Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, ideally in a Philippine setting.
Profile 2 -Associate Graduate (Any courses) with 2 years call center experience (Healthcare Member international account) -non negotiable
