Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with the team to ensure performance and efficiency.
- Make team-level decisions and contribute to broader project planning and strategy.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide solutions to challenges within the team and across departments, fostering cross-team collaboration.
- Assist in designing and customizing software solutions to meet business process and application requirements.
- Implement the configuration management plan as outlined by the Configuration Lead
- Work alongside the Configuration Lead to analyze business process designs and determine software configurations.
- Continuously adapt software configurations to meet application and client needs.

- Proficiency in software configuration and customization.
- Solid understanding of software configuration management principles.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing software configuration and customization solutions
- Strong knowledge of business process design and application requirements.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and techniques.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve configuration issues effectively.
