Automation Specialist for Healthcare Practice

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist with a proven track record in the U.S. healthcare industry, specifically in medical practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle project management, AI automation, and process optimization. Must be proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and have hands-on experience with EHR systems, practice management, HR systems, and the capture of ERA and patient payments.

Responsibilities include automating patient statements, improving intake procedures, scheduling, and streamlining HR hiring and payroll processes. The candidate should also be able to create dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance.
Experience with HIPAA compliance and the ability to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required. Fluent English is necessary for clear communication. A strong background in managing automation projects and enhancing patient care through technology is essential.
