Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Care Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, the ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend to patients or visitors and help them scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, Medical Staff’s time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying medical staff of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding medical staff of service delays.
• Comforts patients by anticipating patient’s anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
• Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance reports.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any Allied Medical course.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to work on Weekends
• Can start ASAP

- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
