Job Description
• Record-to-Report Expertise: Lead workshops to define current and future RTR processes, provide guidance on standard practices and controls, and identify opportunities for process improvement through benchmarking and analysis.
• Process Improvement and Analysis: Design and document L4/L5 process maps, identify gaps, implement reengineering and automation strategies, and enhance RTR efficiency using industry benchmarks.
• Client Engagement and Project Management: Build strong client relationships, lead discussions to finalize solutions, manage multiple projects, and drive change programs to deliver quality results on time.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 7 years of experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
• Expertise in RTR tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, intercompany accounting, financial planning and analysis, and audit/statutory support.
• Can work onsite and do night shift schedule
