Accounting / Finance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle the whole accounting team.
Oversee individual output of every accounting staff.
Provide financial reports to the management on a timely basis.
Quality check the overall accounting process.
Comply with all government accounting reports/filings
Provide Accounting Strategic Budgets on a scheduled basis.
Identify company expenses from time to time and provide effective Financial Strategies for effective financial growth, sustainability and stability.
Provide recommendations/resolutions for improvement of accounting processes and protocols
Report accounting accomplishments and challenges on a timely basis
Collaborate with other departments for process improvements
Represent the accounting aspect of the company for every b2b needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 2 years of accounting managerial or supervisory experience
At least 5 years of accounting working experience
Experienced on BIR audits
Strong leadership skills
Goal-oriented and has passion to perform.
Knowledgeable in computer programs such as Microsoft and Quickbooks
Knowledge in all areas of accounting such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
Must have a billing and collection experience
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet the requirements in a timely manner.
Ability to train people and develop potential leaders.
