MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Job Summary:
• The Marketing Associate is responsible for researching market conditions and competitor
information, gathering information to determine potential sales of a product or service,
planning a marketing or advertising campaigns, managing and improving the website and
social media platforms, and customer relationship management.
Key Result Areas:
• Provide management with information and proposals concerning the development and
execution of marketing or advertising campaigns for company products or services.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to
identify potential markets and factors affecting product and service demand.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies.
• Measure and assess customer satisfaction.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion
polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
• Manage the website and all available online platforms of the company.
• Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and
strategies.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and
distribution.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into
written text.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
Qualifications:
• Academic degree in Marketing, or related fields
• 1 year professional experience in Marketing & Marketing Research for B2B Trading
