Sr. Accounts Payable Japanese Speaker /UP TO 100K Monthly

- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japan-based vendors regarding payment issues, inquiries, and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and correspondence.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese, including Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji, is required
- Good English communication skills, both written and oral
- Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
- Experience working in a BPO/Shared Services Organization is a plus
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
- Team player

Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with an international law firm that serves companies, governments and financial institutions.

Working Set-up: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.
