Salary: 80,000 - 100,000

Required Experience:
・At least 10 years of experience in machine maintenance
・Any degree with experience in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
・Knowledgeable in machine maintenance and capable of handling all Engineers and Technicians
・Must know how to read & speak Nihonggo (N2/N1/Native level) JLPT Certificate holder is preferred.

Job Description
a. Supervise the manufacturing Engineering team in resolving nagging or repeating technical issues hampering to deliver project on time, set up and repair machines
b. Control total indices of department such as Productivity (Labor and Machine), Quality (Process and Standard) in consideration with cost conciousness
c. Identify the needs for machine modifications and improvements that can result to minimum machine downtime and low machine breakdown occurrence
d. Conduct meeting in all Engineers and Technician to identify the problem and also the improvement in the department.
e. Identify machine, jigs and fixtures that can be locally fabricated thus saving cost on imported goods
f. Attends to the request or recommendation from other department/division on chages, modifications and improvement of equipment that can be have an impact on quality and productivty
g. Conduct Troubleshotting and repair on major machine problems that require thorough analysis and investigation and provide immediate corrective and preventive measures
h. Responsible in maintaining 5S and housekeeping in the area
i. Coaching, teaching and education to all Engineers and Technician
