The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the financial strategy, planning, and management of an organization to ensure financial health and long-term sustainability.
1. Financial Leadership - Develop and oversee the organization's financial strategy, policies, and processes.
2. Strategic Planning- Collaborate with the COO/P and executive team to shape the company's long-term vision and strategic goals.
3. Financial Management - Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
4. Risk Management & Compliance- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
5. Capital and Investment Management- Oversee capital allocation, investment strategies, and funding opportunities.
6. Team Leadership- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
