Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care while building lasting relationships with patients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Patient Care
Examinations: Conduct thorough dental examinations to diagnose oral health conditions.
Treatment Planning: Assist in creating tailored treatment plans based on patient diagnoses.
X-rays: Take and interpret dental X-rays to evaluate dental health.

2. Patient Education
Oral Hygiene: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices to promote long-term dental health.
Post-Treatment Care: Provide clear instructions for post-treatment care and oral health maintenance.

3. Administrative Tasks
Record Keeping: Accurately maintain and update patient records, treatment notes, and plans.

4. Collaboration and Communication
Teamwork: Work closely with dental assistants, co-dentists, and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and explaining treatment options in a clear, professional manner.

5. Compliance and Safety
Infection Control: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols to provide a safe, sterile environment for patients and staff.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow all regulations and guidelines set by dental boards and other regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who meets the following qualifications:

*Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Licensure: A valid dental license to practice in the Philippines.
*Skills & Knowledge:
*Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and oral health best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
*Proficiency in dental software and technology.
*Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
