Job Description

Location: Angeles City, Pampanga
Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000
Benefits: Government-mandated benefits, HMO, communication allowance
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Nursing with a valid PRC license
- Familiar with DOLE-mandated compliance and regulations
- Highly organized in maintaining documentation and handling medicines- Skilled in handling triage and emergency cases
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Available for immediate employment

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency treatment within the workplace and ensure immediate care.
- Provide assistance to employees during consultations and medical examinations.
- Oversee and monitor employee HMO coverage and benefits.
- Manage the filing of government-mandated health benefits like SSS Sickness.
- Plan and organize employees' annual physical examinations.
- Validate employees' medical certificates and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Prepare assessment reports related to employee health concerns and illnesses.
- Accompany employees during emergency situations and manage hospital transfers if needed.
