Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Leadman, you will take on a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and quality of our operations. Your duties will include:

Inspection Excellence: Conduct detailed visual evaluations of motors and generators to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
Hands-On Expertise: Dismantle and assemble motors and generators with precision and care.
Problem-Solving Leadership: Assess worn or missing parts and report your findings to the Production Supervisor, contributing directly to streamlined operations.
Innovative Modifications: Implement equipment modifications to improve functionality and adapt to operational changes.
Comprehensive Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed mechanical checklists to the Production Supervisor.
Restoration Mastery: Recondition motors and generators to meet or exceed performance standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and inspire a skilled mechanical crew to deliver top-tier results.
Creative Fabrication: Design and fabricate specialized tools to support innovative project solutions.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous pre-delivery checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Streamlined Organization: Tag and label disassembled parts for effortless identification and tracking.
Meticulous Preservation: Ensure proper storage and preservation of components to maintain quality.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual who embodies these qualifications:

Education: At least a high school graduate.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years working hands-on with motors and generators.
Technical Mastery: Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as outside micrometers, inside micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, and dial gauges.
Drafting Skills: Knowledgeable in drafting and designing mechanical parts.
Resourcefulness: A critical thinker who thrives on solving challenges with innovative solutions.
Reliability: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability: Flexible and willing to go the extra mile, including working extended hours when needed.
