Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
-Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and accurate manner
-Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and effective manner
-Gathering customer information and documenting interactions in a database
-Keeping up to date with product information and updates
-Adhering to company policies and procedures when communicating with customers
-Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience
-Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience, particularly in a BPO setting, is preferred.
TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:
- Have at least a HS Diploma but preferably with a bachelor's degree in any course.
- Be willing to work in Quezon City
- Have 30-35wpm typing skills.
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Salary:
- ₱1,700.00 Monthly
