Job Description
1. Skill Gap Identification, Development, and Mentorship
2. Assess each engineers skill set to identify areas needing further development.
3. Recommend targeted training, resources, and mentorship opportunities to address skill gaps.
4. Collaborate with the ODC team to establish and monitor personalized development plans.
5. Provide one-on-one mentorship, offering feedback and guidance to enhance both technical and soft skills.
6. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
7.Conduct regular check-ins with engineers to provide feedback, discuss development goals, and manage performance, especially for underperforming team members.
