Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunities? We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team here at Davao.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency and in-house/RPO settings
Proficient in sourcing passive candidates, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong skills in candidate and offer management
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and excellent communicator
Capable of handling up to 15 requisitions independently
