Inbound and Outbound Sales Agent (Uncapped Commission)

1. Receive calls from potential customers to convert high quality leads for sales.
2. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
3. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
4. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
6. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
7. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
8. Up sell additional products as need arises.
9. Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
