Position: Lead Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly-skilled Lead Software Engineer with solid experience in Ruby on Rails. You will play a critical role in designing and developing robust applications while leading a team of engineers in an Agile environment.

Salary:
175k - 293k php

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5+ years experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
* Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, AWS, Docker, and JavaScript
* Knowledge of frontend and backend development frameworks.
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership:
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and resolve technical and interpersonal challenges.
* Provide feedback and resolve technical or interpersonal challenges
* Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve their best work.
* Project Management:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, set timeline, and ensure on-time delivery.
* Drive process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Technical Expertise:
* Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS.
* Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and related technologies.
* Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment.
