Plant Manager - Santa Rosa Laguna

Drake’s top client – a chemical manufacturer is hiring a Plant Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible and accountable for the safe and effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of all the Sta. Rosa plant production operations to ensure achievement of targets and continuous improvement in safety, quality, customer service, cost efficiency, and people process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and safety.
• Maintain clean and safe workplace.
• Analyze production costs and establish areas for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies.
• Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources.

Qualifications:

• Engineering or Business Management Degree with 3-5 years relevant industry experience.
• Background in oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
• Account Management role experience in Industrial Market, preferably in Construction, Shipbuilding, and fabrication.
• Wide industrial market knowledge and understanding
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to gain agreement with prospective clients.
• Minimum 3 year of driving experience with valid driver’s license
