Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
Work Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of user stories, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Architecture & Design: Support the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable system architectures.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Problem-Solving: Address technical issues and roadblocks, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
TypeScript & Vue.JS - non-negotiable
Preferred: Node, AWS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL
Strong experience with data management, including databases, data modeling, schema definition, and data analytics.
Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Agile Methodologies: In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
