Job Description
Bayfield Equipment Corporation, an affiliate of Kilton Motor Corporation is seeking a talented Road Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Carmona Cavite. As a Road Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our industry-leading heavy equipment machineries to key customers across the region. This is a full-time, in-person role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors
-Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions using Bayfield's extensive product portfolio
-Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for customers
-Actively participate in trade or promotional shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote Bayfield's offerings
-Collaborate with the technical and after-sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service
-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by leveraging your exceptional sales skills
-Awareness of competitors' products, pricing, and market statistics
-Provide valuable feedback to the product development team to enhance our solutions
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment, road construction equipment or machinery industry
-Strong technical knowledge of construction, mining, or infrastructure equipment and machinery
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with senior-level stakeholders
-Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
-A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
-Willingness to travel within the region and overseas for technical trainings
