Job Description
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
-Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
-Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.
Required Skills:
-Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
-SHS graduates are welcome to apply
-with 1yr BPO exp (w/ 6 mos sales)
-21 to 40 years old
-Average to Good communication skills
-Residing within Metro Manila (amenable to work both in Ortigas and Mckinley site
-Okay w/ Dayshift and Midshift schedule

This position will be working with a global business process outsourcing (BPO) company that offers services to clients in many industries.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
