Job Description
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
-Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
-Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.
Required Skills:
-Completed 2 years in College.
-Must have 1 year Credit & Collections Account BPO Experience
-Willing to work onsite

This position will be working with a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, leverages technology for business transformation and helps catalyze change.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
