Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Purpose

The Accounting Staff for Accounts payable of the Foodcrafters Inc. is responsible for processing all payables of the company including payment to suppliers and expenses.
Key accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the verification and processing of all company’s payables such as:
 Payable to supplier for purchases
 Process utility bills /expenses & other billings (Jbtec billings, PMS of vehicles, Billing of Trucking services & RCSNI transactions etc.)
 Witholding Tax – Expanded Forms /Certificate
2. Maintain updated Masterfile containing records per supplier/payee
3. In charge in check and check voucher preparation including stamps per document on weekly disbursement including:
 Fund transfers
 Replenishments and Cash Fund Request
 Supplier Payments
 Utilities & Other Expenses
4. Entertain and record all inquiries on follow up and status of check of supplier
5. Maintain soft copy of supplier invoices for BIR VAT Audit submission
6. Reconcile statement of account from supplier as needed
7. Reconcile with concern department on issues concerning pending payables due to lack of proper documentation
8. Recording of checks collected & their corresponding receipts for unreleased check reports
9. Recording of OR Based Input Vat
10. Prepares weekly Accounts payable Aging and other reports
11. Analyze and prepare month end reports such as:
 Accounts Payable Book
 Witholding Tax Expanded Payables Report
 Set-up accruals for expenses and other purchases
 Summary of OR Base receipts for input vat recognition
12. Maintain Organized File of Paid Vouchers (Monthly Basis Alphabetically).
13. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc.
14. Performs other functions as deemed necessary by the Company Officer.
